The galvanized storage stillage cage is made from mild steel Q235 with a square tube base structure designed for approximately 500 kg load capacity under standard warehouse use. The full unit is hot-dip galvanized after fabrication to provide surface protection for outdoor storage conditions and high-humidity environments.
For protection against the elements, the entire structure is hot-dip galvanized, which is more effective than standard coatings for preventing rust on hinges and locking points. The mesh design allows for immediate inventory visibility and prevents moisture from pooling during outdoor storage.
