We manufacture these using mild steel Q235, designed for heavy cast parts and metal components handled by forklift or lifting equipment. The base structure is reinforced with a square tube structure designed for loads up to 500kg. You can choose between a hot-dip galvanized surface treatment for oily environments or a durable powder coating for color-coded batch management. The gates feature heavy-duty hooks that lock into the corner posts, helping maintain structural stability during stacking and handling.

Products Customized
We offer custom PP (Polypropylene) lining for the interior of the steel stillage cage. This is a PP sheet that protects finished surfaces from scratches and prevents small parts from falling out during transport. We can cut liners to fit the cage structure, ensuring they do not interfere with folding hinges or handling operations.
