The process starts by selecting a standard 1200x800mm wood base. The operator unfolds the wire frame and places the storage cage over the base. The bottom channel brackets are positioned to grip the pallet edges. Once the frame is seated, goods are loaded onto the wooden floor. When the unit is full, a forklift enters the pallet base to move the contained load. To stack, the forklift places the next loaded pallet directly onto the top Z channel rails of the lower frame. Load is transferred through the side panels and horizontal channels. After use, the goods are removed via the half-drop gate. Finally, the operator lifts the frame off the wood pallet and folds it flat for storage.
