Production Process
This stacking frame rack is produced using robotic welding lines for consistent weld positioning on square tube structures. We keep mild steel Q235 raw materials in regular stock, which shortens production preparation time during harvest seasons when agricultural customers need urgent delivery. Powder coating is completed in-house to keep production scheduling stable. Production follows fixed manufacturing steps including cutting, welding, surface treatment, packing, and container loading arrangement.

HM Group's QC team will have seriously inspections from the raw material to products final loading.
