Heavy duty steel pallets are horizontal platform equipment used for loading, stacking, handling, and transporting goods placed as unit loads. It is made of low carbon steel stamped and formed by special equipment, and various profiles are supported by each other, and then welded by CO2 gas shielding. Galvanized pallets have a 4 way insertion design for improved space utilization and ease of operation, and its sturdy base plate design also accommodates the use of conveyor rolls and automated packaging systems.
