The Plastic Guard Protector is molded from impact-resistant High Density Polyethylene, which absorbs forklift or pallet jack collisions much like a car bumper. It installs in seconds by hand-no tools or hardware needed-and can be removed just as quickly for inspections. Two standard sizes (150×131×100 mm and 160×148×100 mm) are available, along with custom options to fit non-standard racking systems.
Color choices-blue, orange, green, light gray, and yellow-provide high visibility, helping operators avoid accidental contact. It can withstand cold storage environments as low as -40°C.

Workshop

The hardened parts are removed from the mold and inspected for surface defects such as cracks, bubbles, or uneven edges.
