Production Process
The process of zinc galvanized involves several steps. First, the surface of the roller containers metal must be thoroughly cleaned and sand strike to ensure adhesion of the zinc galvanized. Then, it is immersed into a zinc salt solution and an electrical current is applied. This causes the zinc ions in the solution to attach themselves to the surface of the metal, forming a thin layer of zinc coating. After the galvanizing is completed, it is dried and the surface galvanizing status is checked to ensure that the product is galvanized and qualified to protect the service life of the product.
