Need more control and stability? This textile fabric rack can be customized with anti-roll bars and a bottom steel plate (M4). Q: The post you write is 1200mm. Is this a standard pipe, which we just can cut shorter if we don't need it so high?
A: Total length of one post is 6.0mm, you can cut it by your demands, So there is no problem.
Q: What thickness is the floor? Is the floor also galvanized? How you fasten the floor?
A: The thickness of the floor: 1.5mm, and the floor is hot dip-galvanized.we can fix the floor on the base, with rivets or screws. See attached the pics.
Q: It is no problem for us to stable this palled many many times on top of each other? Take it on and off, on and off, and so on.
A: There is no problem. Lifetime: About 3-5 years against proper handling.
Q: Is the palled strong enough to be moved when 3 items are stabled upon each other with our paper box inside it? Or do we have to move one and one?
A: If moved 3 items are stack upon each other, and load paper box inside it; we think the post will be shorter than 1.0 meter, and skilled drivers move slowly.
