Metal pallet racks are commonly used when pallet loads need to be stacked several levels high while maintaining access for forklift handling. Instead of placing pallets directly on top of each other, the rack frame creates separate storage levels and transfers load through the steel posts to the floor.
The structure can be moved between warehouse rows, production areas, and loading zones as storage requirements change. Multiple loaded units can be stacked vertically to increase storage capacity while keeping individual pallet loads accessible.
