Q: The post you write is 1200mm. Is this a standard pipe, who we just can cut shorter if we don't need it so high?
-Total length of one post is 6.0mm, you can cut it to your demands, So there is no problem.
Q: What thickness is the floor? Is the floor also galvanized? How do you fasten the floor?
The thickness of floor: 1.5mm, and the floor is hot dip-galvanized.we can fixed the floor on the base, with rivets or screws. See attached the pics.
Q: Is it no problem for us to stable these pallets many times on top of each other? Take it on and off, on and off and so
-There is no problem. Lifespan: About 3-5 years with proper handling.
Q: Is the pallet strong enough to be moved when 3 items is stabled up on each other with our paper box inside it? Or do we have to move one and one?
-If moved 3 items is stack up on each other, and load paper box is loaded inside it; we think the post will be shorter than 1.0 meter, and skilled drivers move slowly.
Q: You just welding on some hooks under and out of the steel pipe, as I show you on the drawing and picture. then we can use strop over the items on the pallet.
-About hocks, it is okay, and that's smart way.
