These durable carpet racks measure 1100x1100x900mm and loading capacity up to 1000kg per unit. They are made of Q235 mild steel and are hot-dip galvanized to prevent rust from long-term use. Each rack has three sides surrounded by smooth steel plates to help protect carpets from scratches, and one open side for easy loading and unloading. The fixed version provides more stable stacking, while the detachable or foldable structure saves space when not in use-the foldable version can hold 240 units in a 40HQ container. "Stacking corners" ensure neatness and added safety when stacking.

Workshop

We factory run 8 automatic Gantry welding machines and 22 robotic welders to keep output high and quality consistent. With 15 bending machines and 45 punching machines, we can shape materials quickly and accurately. We also use 40 wire drawing machines to prep parts for smooth assembly.
