Heavy Duty Stack Racks are designed for high-density vertical storage of heavy bulk materials and finished goods. When used under specified loading and handling conditions, the system supports stacking up to four levels and has a stated load rating of 1,500 kg per unit. By using vertical storage positions, these racks can increase available capacity without extending the storage footprint. The base rack must be selected and operated according to the approved stack height, load distribution and cumulative loading requirements.

Vertical Storage Capacity: The system supports up to four-high stacking under the specified conditions, helping warehouses use available vertical space more effectively.
Load Capacity Support: Each unit has a stated 1,500 kg load rating. In a four-level arrangement, the base structure may carry a cumulative load of up to 4,500 kg from the three units positioned above it, subject to the approved configuration and load distribution.
Tubular Steel Structure: The tubular steel structure is designed to support heavy static loads during storage. The applicable material specification, structural design and load limits should be confirmed for the selected model.
Stable Base Geometry: The wide-stance base and deep cup feet help position the upper rack and transfer the vertical load through the stacking points. Stack stability also depends on the floor condition, rack alignment, load distribution and approved handling procedure.

Application
The Heavy Duty Stack Racks are suitable for vertical storage of heavy bulk products in automotive assembly plants, warehouses and bulk-material handling areas. Forklifts can be used to place and remove units where the aisle width, lifting height and site traffic procedures permit. The final stack height and loading method should follow the rack specification, the manufacturer's instructions and the facility's safety assessment.

A: Four-high stacking is permitted only when the selected rack is rated for this arrangement and the specified load, floor and handling conditions are met.
