Production Process
We use a heavy-duty press for the stacking cups. This ensures the cups can carry the weight of 6 full truck racks without bending. We check every weld joint to make sure it is strong enough for TBR tires.
Quality Control
Our QC team focuses on the center support of the 90-inch span. We load the rack with 1100kg of real truck rubber for 24 hours to ensure the center does not sag. We also verify the locking pins to make sure the rack is 100% stable when stacked 6 high in busy fleet yards.
Packing and shipping
Since the TR6 is 90 inches long, we use reinforced plastic strapping to prevent the frames from shifting during long sea trips. We group 90 sets into a 40'HQ container with edge protectors on the corners. This ensures the steel tubes stay straight and the powder finish remains smooth when they arrive at your logistics hub.
