PET Preforms Wire Container

PET preform wire containers are used to store finished PET preforms after molding and cooling. Production batches remain separated throughout warehouse storage until shipment or downstream bottle production. The open wire structure allows warehouse teams to confirm batch labels from outside the container without opening it.

The welded steel structure supports stacked storage while keeping the contents visible from every side. Forklifts move loaded containers between production, warehouse storage, and loading areas during daily operations. When empty, containers are folded and stacked together until they are needed for the next production batch.

Optional PP sheets, inner bags, or top lids can be added when additional containment is required for smaller preforms or loose materials.

- Batch Separation: Use separate units for different neck finishes or resin colors.
- Controlled Picking: The front drop gate supports access to a selected batch without unloading the full unit.
- Overnight Storage: The unit can hold inspected preforms before shipment or downstream bottle production.

Some manufacturers assign separate containers to different bottle specifications or resin grades to prevent materials from being mixed during storage and loading. When shipment begins, forklifts move loaded containers directly from storage rows to loading docks or export containers without repacking the contents.
