Production Process
Before galvanizing, our factory cleans and prepares steel parts through a surface sandblasting treatment step. This process removes surface residue, helping the zinc layer bond evenly to tubes, mesh, and welded areas.
Quality Control
Our inspectors use digital coating thickness gauges to check the zinc layer at key locations, including tubular posts, wire mesh, and base structure. Multi-point checks help confirm even surface coverage after treatment.
