HM Group Launches 2026 Three Kingdoms Challenge

HM Group has launched its annual "Three Kingdoms" performance challenge, running from September 1 to October 31, 2026. The two-month activity brings together employees from both business and non-business departments, with sales teams taking part in individual performance rankings and all employees participating in team activities.
The challenge was introduced as part of the company's preparation for its 2026 business targets. Sales performance is tracked based on actual signed order values, while team results are reviewed throughout the activity period.

At the launch meeting, each department also prepared a team design around the "Three Kingdoms" theme. Teams created their own logos, symbols, and visual elements using colored clay on round boards, followed by short presentations explaining their ideas.

Alongside performance targets, the activity includes team-based challenges and internal rewards linked to completed results. Daily and weekly progress will be shared during the campaign, allowing teams to see their current position and adjust their focus accordingly.
For HM Group, the activity is taking place alongside regular work across sales, marketing, production coordination, and customer communication. The "Three Kingdoms" challenge will continue through the end of October.
