HM Group Competition Activities About Financial Knowledge
HM holds contest PKs four times a year, which is a fun way to gain business-relevant product knowledge about roll containers while competing with colleagues for prizes. This is a great opportunity to test whether business knowledge is strong, learn from colleagues and have fun at the same time.
The theme this time is "Financial Knowledge". As a person in the Operations Department, financial knowledge is naturally not my area of expertise. However, this does not prevent groups from competing for answers.
The competition is divided into four teams and is played in a fast-paced "Jeopardy!" style, with each team competing for a chance to answer questions by pressing a buzzer. The competition was very fierce and everyone was nervous because it was really difficult to get a chance to answer the questions. It's all worth it when you see the results. Because not only did I learn a lot about finance through this event, but I also had a great time with my colleagues in the process of doing so.
In the end, the winner got a prize, and although we didn't win, the biggest prize was the financial knowledge we gained throughout the competition about wire mesh containers.
All in all, this contest PK was successful. He not only learned knowledge in an open way, but also made the relationship between colleagues closer.
