Three Kingdoms PK Competition Launch Ceremony

On August 29, we officially launched the Three Kingdoms PK Competition to ignite the energy and determination of our sales teams and business partners for the September–October period. This event is not just a contest, but a chance to strengthen collaboration with our clients and drive performance to new heights.

The ceremony began with a powerful group signing on the competition banner. Our manager signed first, leading the way, and every team member added their names. Each signature symbolized commitment and confidence, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement for the months ahead. Leaders from two other companies also joined the event, cheering us on and sharing their projected September orders, which immediately inspired our team's competitive spirit. Business partners further fueled the energy by hinting at major orders(PET preform container, cage pallet) expected in the coming weeks.

The September/October competition is designed to reward both effort and results. In addition to the regular year-end bonuses for successful deals, we will also provide extra rewards based on total order value during these two months. This system not only motivates our business partners but also acknowledges the crucial role of supporting departments that make every success possible.

Weekly bonuses will continue every Monday for the previous week's performance to maintain momentum, just as they did in July. This ensures that motivation stays high and every achievement receives timely recognition.
