When Dragon Boat Festival Meets Children’s Day

This year, Dragon Boat Festival and Children's Day arrived at almost the same time, bringing a special atmosphere to HM Group. To celebrate, our team thoughtfully prepared colorful silk bracelets - known as wǔ cǎi shéng - for colleagues with young children. These vibrant threads are traditionally worn before the Dragon Boat Festival, carrying blessings of protection, health, and good fortune, especially for kids.
In Chinese culture, wearing five-color strings before and during the festival is believed to ward off evil and disease. The colors - red, yellow, blue, green, and white - each represent a natural element and together, they form a shield of well-being for the wearer. By giving these bracelets to our employees' families, we pass on a message of care and tradition that reflects our company's values.
Our team members took these tokens of love home, and production was able to move forward steadily. Whether it was the marketing department promoting the foldable pallet stillage cage or sales following up on metal mesh container orders, we always strive to operate efficiently. However, the spirit of unity and tradition has breathed new life into our workplace.
At HM Group, we believe that small acts of kindness go hand in hand with delivering reliable solutions to our global partners.
