Four vertical posts transfer the stacking loads directly to the base frame rather than onto the materials stored below. This prevents the compression of lower fabric layers, which is a common cause of permanent pressure marks in textile warehouses. The unit features four stacking cups at the top of the posts, ensuring stable alignment when multiple loaded racks are placed on top of each other. The base frame is designed with open forklift entry points, allowing for safe movement by standard warehouse equipment. Since the structure is made of metal, it remains stable in humid production environments. When not in use, the side can be folded, reducing the footprint for empty rack storage.

Application
Forklift operators place fabric rolls horizontally onto the base frame of the folding storage stacking rack as they arrive from the finishing line. Once a rack is filled, the operator picks it up and aligns its bottom feet with the stacking cups of a rack already on the floor. This creates a stable vertical column of three to four units. During order picking, the forklift removes the top rack first to access specific fabric types without unstacking individual rolls. After the fabric is shipped, the warehouse staff removes the vertical posts and folds the frame. These empty units are then stacked in a designated corner, occupying minimal floor space until the next production peak.
