Application

This tyre storage stacking rack is used in supermarket warehouses and large service centers to store tires by brand or size. It improves stock rotation and keeps tires off the floor, preventing moisture damage. During peak seasons, racks can be arranged more densely to increase tire storage capacity. When the warehouse slows, the racks can be collapsed and stacked when not in use or stacked to free up space. Ideal for tire distributors and service centers with seasonal inventory fluctuations.

Where the order includes marking or handling changes for distributor stock, those details are checked against the approved order record before shipment preparation.

Packing and shipping

For distribution inventory orders, units are grouped according to the approved configuration. Strapping and protective wrap are used as agreed for transport. If the order requires brand, size, or delivery-wave identification, the outer packing mark can follow that reference to support receiving and storage allocation.
