Keep one filled FIBC centered and ready for the next handling step. The bulk bag holder supports bags of dry powder, granules, resin, and similar materials during filling, staging, inspection, or transfer.
Its 950 x 950 mm steel base supports vertical loads, with a rated capacity of 1000 kg. Four posts and top hooks hold the bag loops in place. The hooks keep the bag opening clear and help center the load; they do not carry the full bag weight.
Four-way forklift entry allows the rack and bag to move between work areas. When empty, the posts can be removed for compact return storage.

Production Process
Each bulk bag holder starts with cut steel tubes, formed hooks, and controlled hook positions. The hooks are fixed at the specified height before welding. The base, post sockets, and stacking points are then assembled for repeat daily use.
Quality Control
For each bulk bag holder, inspectors check hook opening size with a steel rule or gauge and measure all four hook heights from the base. They visually inspect hook welds for missed welds, sharp spatter, or undercut. The base is placed on a flat surface to check for rocking or warp.
