Warehouse fabric storage racks are designed for textile facilities that need flexible storage during changing production volumes. The side structure can be folded down when the racks are empty, reducing the space required for return storage. When the side structure are locked into position, the Q235 steel structure transfers the weight of stacked units through the structure instead of directly onto the fabric rolls below. The forklift entry design allows operators to move complete batches instead of handling individual rolls repeatedly.

The folding structure also allows warehouse teams to adjust storage layouts according to daily production requirements. When demand increases, the racks provide vertical storage capacity. When inventory decreases, empty units can be folded and stored with less impact on floor space.

Different textile facilities have different roll sizes, handling equipment, and warehouse layouts. The warehouse fabric storage rack can be customized according to roll diameter, roll length, forklift height, and available aisle space. For larger rolls, the side structure height can be adjusted to provide sufficient clearance between stacked layers. The base dimensions and steel tube thickness can also be modified according to required loading capacity.

Application

Warehouse personnel sort finished fabric rolls by production batch before loading them onto the stillages for fabric rolls. Instead of being transferred directly into production, the loaded racks are positioned throughout the warehouse according to inventory planning and stock availability. Each rack serves as a dedicated storage unit until specific rolls are requested for downstream manufacturing or customer orders. Once the stored materials have been removed, the upright posts are detached, and the rack bases are nested together to minimize the occupied storage footprint before the next loading operation.
