Fabric warehouse racks are designed for textile storage areas where inventory levels frequently change. The steel structure creates stable storage rows for fabric rolls while keeping materials separated from direct floor contact.
Made from Q235 steel, the rack structure remains stable in textile environments where moisture and daily handling can affect traditional storage materials. The base structure provides support for fabric rolls, while the vertical posts maintain separation between stacked units and help prevent excessive pressure on stored materials.
Forklift access allows operators to move complete rack between storage areas and production zones. When additional storage is no longer required, the posts can be collapsed, and empty rack bases can be grouped to reduce occupied warehouse space.

Application
Warehouse staff place fabric rolls onto the fabric warehouse rack base immediately after batch inspection. Forklift operators pick up the loaded units and move them to the designated overflow zone, stacking them three or four layers high. The fabric rolls remain on the rack throughout the storage period, which reduces repeated handling between production and shipment. Because the racks are mobile, forklift routes can be adjusted weekly to match which batches need to be accessed first for the cutting room. When the inventory is shipped, the warehouse team disassembles the racks and stacks the empty bases in a corner, reclaiming the floor for new material movement.
