Stacking Commercial Tire Rack
A stacking commercial tire rack needs more than a high tire count per unit. Clear height, floor loading, tire mix, forklift practice, and the approved stack plan all affect the working layout.

A stacking commercial tire rack should not be selected only to create the tallest possible stack. HM-TR4 has a listed capacity of 50–72 tires and a rated load capacity of 2,400 lb / 1,100 kg per rack. The listed stack can be up to four high when open and up to 20 high when folded empty. During load storage, the lower racks carry their own load as well as the racks above. The plan must therefore consider even loading, floor condition, clear height, and forklift handling. Based on the tire range and approved loading layout, the rack may be used for barrel-stacked, interlaced, or on-the-tread storage.
Advantages

Stackable steel storage design for approved commercial layouts.
Foldable structure for the empty-rack stage.
Cup feet support the listed stacking arrangement.
Project ID and color options for customer or site grouping.
Finish options selected for the planned working environment.
Products Customized
For a stacking commercial tire rack program, color can separate customer stock, service locations, or commercial tire categories. Rack ID plates and barcode areas can support stock checks when the same rack moves between storage zones or sites. Powder coating is often used for dry indoor operations where color zoning is needed. Galvanized or hot-dip galvanized finishes may be reviewed when the project involves more demanding storage or handling conditions.

Application
A stacking commercial tire rack can store tyres in several ways to suit the handling plan. Tyres may be placed on their side for grouped batch storage or arranged in an interlaced pattern to make better use of the rack space. Where individual tyre access is more important, additional horizontal support bars can be fitted to create a two-level storage layout. This separates the tyre rows and allows operators to remove tyres one at a time without unloading the full rack. The final arrangement should be selected according to tyre size, load condition, forklift access and the approved rack design.

|||||
Commercial tire work may call for a longer rack, a square storage unit, a mesh base, or a design with a different empty-rack approach. The rack range shown in this image allows the project to start with its actual tire mix and operating rules, not a single standard model. For a stacking commercial tire rack inquiry, the final choice should follow the approved loading plan, site conditions, and handling equipment.

Video
Built for heavy-duty use, this warehouse foldable tire rack is made from strong mild steel Q235 and designed for a loading capacity of 2,400 lbs per unit. In this video, you can see how to fold, helping with storage in small spaces.

Production Process
For a stacking commercial tire rack, finished units are packed with plastic bags and stretch film. The wrapping holds the rack parts together and provides a protective outer layer for handling and shipment. Packing details should match the approved delivery and unloading plan.

Quality Control
QC checks the packing before shipment. The team reviews whether the rack units are held together as planned and whether plastic bags and stretch film cover the required areas. This helps prepare the order for handling, loading, and delivery.

Packing and shipping
- Plastic banding+Stretch film wrapper, easy loading, and unloading with standard forklift truck or pallet jack.
- Certainly, you can also customize the way of packaging.

Our commitment to compliance with certifications, including ISO, SGS inspection, BV test, APT test, and a patent certificate, ensures the high standards for HM Group

What Customers Say
Following receipt and review of the delivered stock, the customer discussed further order coordination. This reflects satisfaction with the delivered condition and communication process, without making claims about a specific project result.

FAQ
Q: What should happen to racks after seasonal stock is released?
A: The empty-rack plan should be set before the order is placed. Depending on the confirmed design, racks may fold or use detachable posts to support temporary holding, return movement, or the next storage cycle.
Q: How should a warehouse plan vertical storage?
A: Start with the approved model information, tire load, building clear height, floor capacity, and handling equipment. A stack plan should be confirmed for the site instead of using a general stack height from another project.
