Galvanized Mild Steel Laundry Trolley

After spin drying, linens remain heavy and damp, and they need to be moved out of the wash area immediately to prevent moisture buildup and odor. Galvanized mild steel laundry trolley is used during that transfer stage, keeping textiles in motion between extraction, drying, and temporary holding zones.

The galvanized mild steel laundry trolley is design from Q235 mild steel designed for repeated impact and continuous movement on wet industrial floors. A hot-dip galvanized finish is applied to handle constant exposure to steam, detergent, and moisture commonly found in laundry environments.

The laundry roll trolley runs on four industrial casters rated for up to 500kg load capacity. Wheel movement is designed for straight-line pushing between wash, drying, and sorting zones. The mesh structure keeps rigidity under load while allowing moisture to dissipate during holding periods.

Advantages

Damp textiles can be transferred without repacking

Four-wheel structure supports stable movement under full load

Foot brake system holds the unit in place during loading or staging

Welded mesh edges are finished smooth to avoid fabric damage

Different laundry layouts require different handling setups. Shelving can be added when sorting is required between washing and finishing stages.

For hospital and hygiene-sensitive environments, quieter wheel systems can be selected to reduce noise during internal movement. Inner liners in fabric or PVC can be used when finished textiles require protection from dust during transfer. ID plates can be added for batch tracking between processing stages.

Application

In laundry operations, the galvanized mild steel laundry trolley is used immediately after extraction or spin drying. Operators load dewatered linen textiles directly into the unit and move them to drying queues or temporary staging areas based on machine availability.

After drying and finishing, the same laundry wire trolley is reused for moving clean textiles toward folding or dispatch zones, usually with a liner added to protect finished fabric. Once empty, units are nested together and pushed back to intake points for the next cycle of handling.

Product Specification

Galvanized mild steel laundry trolley selection depends on how textiles will move through the facility. A high-density A-structure structure is typically used when return space is limited and frequent nesting is required.

For longer movement routes or heavier batch loads, reinforced base structures provide more stable handling across larger wash facilities. Layout design and daily throughput usually determine whether compact nesting or load stability is prioritized in operation.

FAQ

Q: What is the material used in the construction of this roll container?

A: The frame is made from mild steel, with surface finishing options including galvanized. These finishes are used in warehouse and laundry environments where the container is frequently moved and comes into contact with other equipment during daily handling.

Q: How can I optimize storage space when the containers are not in use?

A: When empty, the containers are folded and nested together and placed in storage corners or return areas. This reduces the space they occupy when they are not active in the warehouse or delivery cycle.

Q: How do I ensure the load stays stable during transportation?

A: Heavier items are placed at the bottom before movement begins. Loose goods are normally secured so they do not shift when the container is pushed or turned inside warehouse lanes.
