A loading capacity of 500 kg of water-laden textiles requires a chassis that won't buckle; therefore, we build the mesh laundry trolley from Q235 mild steel. The mesh density is specifically calculated to balance structural integrity with maximum breathability. To survive the intense steam of the wash zone, the entire unit undergoes a zinc-galvanizing process to stop surface rust. Movement is handled by 5-inch heavy-duty rubber casters, ensuring that even the heaviest loads of wet towels remain easy for a single operator to maneuver across the factory floor.

Odor Prevention: The open mesh design stops heat and moisture from trapping inside, eliminating the "sour smell" common when semi-dry linens wait for dryer availability.

Dual-Stage Utility: Beyond wet transit, these units are fully compatible with fabric liners, transforming into dust-proof distribution carts for finished, ironed garments.

Anti-Corrosion Durability: Zinc-galvanized surfaces ensure the steel structure won't oxidize despite constant contact with damp, post-dehydration textiles and laundry chemicals.

Fabric Safety: Every wire intersection and weld point is manually polished to ensure that hotel linens or protective liners never catch or tear during rapid loading.

High-Density Nesting: The base is engineered to allow empty trolleys to nest deeply, clearing critical floor space around busy dryers and ironing lines.

Facilities can request removable laundry liners (in canvas or reinforced plastic) to protect ironed textiles from dust during final transport. If your plant handles delicate items that cannot be crushed, we can install removable wire mesh dividers to create separate stacking levels.

The workflow is logic-driven: once linens are dehydrated, staff load them into these mesh laundry trolleys to wait for an open dryer. Constant airflow through the wire grid prevents heat damage. After the drying and ironing stages, the same trolleys-now fitted with clean fabric liners-serve as organized distribution units for finished goods. After the delivery to different departments is complete, the empty units are nested into long, space-saving lines and pushed back to the dehydration station to restart the batch cycle.
