Production Process
We use robotic welding arms to ensure every joint of the HM-ST-ST001 is deep and strong. For HDG orders, the stillages go through a zinc bath process at very high temperatures. This ensures the protection covers every corner, inside and out. Our factory uses large pressing machines to keep the base frame perfectly flat for stable stacking.
Quality Control
Our QC team performs a coating thickness test on HDG stillage to make sure it meets industrial standards for rust protection. We also do a 500kg static load test. We stack loaded units to check for any small bends in the metal. This ensures the stillage is safe for daily use in your factory or logistics hub.
