Building A Warm And Inspiring Culture Together

At HM Group, we believe that our corporate culture grows stronger when everyone takes part in building it. That's why we are launching the "Philosophy in Action – Monthly Cultural Bulletin Board" project. This bulletin board will be a space where we highlight team achievements, recognize outstanding contributions, and reflect on areas for improvement. It is designed to be data-driven, visual, and inclusive, giving every employee a chance to contribute.

Each month, the bulletin board will showcase a variety of topics. These include "Special Medals" for exceeding targets(wire mesh container, cage pallet), making innovative contributions, or showing consistent performance; "Practice Benchmarks" featuring real-life cases of applying Inamori's philosophy; "Happiness Stories" from both customers and employees; and "Improvement Areas" that point out lessons learned from mistakes or missed goals.

A design team of three volunteers will be responsible for refreshing the bulletin board each month, supported by data from the HR Department. This monthly rotation allows more employees to get involved while keeping ideas fresh. All updates will be ready by the 5th of each month, ensuring our culture wall updates.

This is more than just a noticeboard-it's a cultural platform where we celebrate success, encourage reflection, and strengthen our shared values. By working together, we can create a warm and motivating space that reflects who we are as a company and the goals we strive for. Let's make our culture visible, meaningful, and alive-together.
