Team Camping Experience – Strengthening Workplace Connections Outdoors

On a bright and breezy day, HM Group team gathered outside our office building and boarded a bus to the Winning Diary campsite in the Dalian Development Zone. This wasn't just any company event - it was a chance to get outside, breathe fresh air, and enjoy the beauty of nature with colleagues, family, and friends.

Some team members brought along their kids, while others came with their spouses. It was great to see families spending quality time together in a relaxed setting. The moment we arrived, the calm of the grassy field and the scent of the ocean breeze washed over us. Far from the noise of city life, the campsite offered peace, fun, and a refreshing change of pace.

Throughout the day, we played outdoor games, shared snacks, grilled food, and took walks. The children ran freely in the open space, while adults relaxed, chatted, and even joined in a few friendly competitions. Laughter filled the air as co-workers bonded in ways that just can't happen in an office environment.

Events like this remind us how important it is to take time off and build connections beyond work. Not only did we enjoy a relaxing break, but we also strengthened our sense of teamwork and community.
