HM Group 2024 Mid-Year Summary Meeting

In the first half of July, HM Group conducted a mid-year review. Discuss the progress made by each department, highlight any outstanding achievements, and what efforts we need to make in the future.

First, the operations department conducted a mid-year summary. The operations team did an excellent job in achieving their half-year inquiry goals. While completing the basic goals on multiple platforms, they also achieved high-target plans, and the responsible team members received the rewards they deserved. At the same time, we also hope that the members of the operations will continue to work hard to achieve higher goals for the department!

The second is the sales department. Unfortunately, Sales 1 and Sales 2 failed to achieve their half-year sales targets in the sales of collapsible stackable steel container, 4 sided roll cages, big bag rack, and car tyre storage rack. However, everyone is convinced that the full-year target will be achieved in the next six months, and we all cheer for our sales partners.

Next, our technical department, operation department, administrative department, and financial department have respectively reported and summarized the work and completion of the department in the past six months, so that every member of the company can understand the company's expenditure and profit situation. Lay the foundation for the company to introduce A-MEBA management in the future.

At the end of the summary meeting, the company presented commemorative gifts to 5 partners who had completed their 1st anniversary, and presented special gifts and cash rewards to partners who had worked for 5 years. This is to thank every employee for their hard work and contribution to the company.

Last but not least, the company would like to take a moment to praise everyone's hard work and efforts in the past six months. Although some aspects failed to meet the goals, it can be confidently said that our team is stronger than ever. At HM Group, we understand that success is a journey, not a destination. So, let's stay motivated and work together to achieve our goals for the next six months.
