HM Group Discussed Exhibition Preparation During Monday Morning Meeting

During Monday's morning meeting, HM Group organized an internal exhibition briefing in the company meeting room as preparation work continued for the upcoming Australian exhibition schedule.

Employees gathered in front of the meeting room display screen while the exhibition team reviewed customer invitation progress, booth preparation updates, and follow-up arrangements related to exhibition customer communication. Presentation slides remained displayed throughout the meeting with reminders covering travel schedules, visitor coordination, and exhibition preparation details.

Several coworkers who attended the Germany exhibition earlier this March were also invited to share practical experience from the show floor, including how they handled busy visitor periods and customer conversations at the booth during peak exhibition hours.

At the same time, sample preparation and shipment planning for warehouse storage and wire handling products continued before the exhibition shipping deadline later this month. Products being prepared for the exhibition include hot-dip galvanized cages, wire mesh pallets, wire decking panels, stacking racks, plastic corner protectors, steel edge protectors, and 2-sided roll containers.

After the meeting ended, several coworkers stayed in the room to continue checking visitor schedules and exhibition travel arrangements before returning to daily office and production coordination work.
