Euro Pallet Frames are designed for industrial cargo that needs a defined perimeter during storage or transit. Instead of purchasing permanent, fixed-volume metal boxes, this frame allows you to utilize your current standard pallet stock more effectively. The HM-CP-EU009 features a round-tube structure that balances structural strength with easy manual handling. The frame sits securely on the pallet base using a U-channel locking system, creating a rigid enclosure that prevents cargo from sliding off the edges. This setup allows for the vertical stacking of palletized loads, as the frame is designed to support the pallet above through its reinforced corner posts and square bottom bowl. It is a tool for moving goods that cannot be safely managed on an open pallet alone.

Round-Tube Structural Frame: Q235 mild steel round tubes provide the main vertical support while keeping the frame practical for manual assembly and handling.

Top square bottom bowl for Stacking: The square bottom bowl helps align the upper frame pallet during vertical stacking and maintains the position of the loaded units.

Tool-Free: The steel brackets grip the pallet edges, allowing the frame to be installed or removed without drilling or permanent modification to the pallet.

100×100mm Wire Mesh: The open mesh provides visibility of the stored goods while containing loose or irregular items within the pallet footprint.

Half-Drop Access Gate: The front gate provides access to goods from the framed pallet during picking and handling operations.

The euro pallet frames can be adjusted according to the cargo dimensions, storage height, and handling requirements of different facilities. Frame height can be modified for taller goods or specific clearance requirements, while different mesh openings can be selected for different product sizes. Surface treatments such as zinc galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing are available according to the working environment. Nameplates and other identification features can also be added for pallet pool management and batch tracking.

The operator positions the euro pallet frames around the pallet and secures the U-channel brackets to the pallet edges. Goods can then be loaded within the wire structure, where the frame prevents loose items from moving beyond the pallet perimeter during internal transport or shipment.

Once loaded, the framed pallet can be moved by forklift and positioned in the designated storage area. Where the load, floor condition, and handling equipment permit, additional framed pallets can be stacked above it using the square bottom bowl for alignment. When the goods have been removed and the frame is no longer needed, the brackets are released and the structure is folded for compact storage or return transport. The pallet base can then be returned to the general pallet pool for another handling task.
