Industrial Metal Cage Pallet

The unit provides fixed containment for loose goods, keeping irregular industrial loads together during handling. This industrial metal cage pallet is made from a Q235 steel wire frame that surrounds the pallet baseon all four sides. Its main purpose is to stop loose or irregular parts from falling from a flat pallet during movement. Instead of spreading across the floor, the goods remain within the wire-mesh enclosure and can be moved as a single load. The open wire mesh allows staff to see the contents without opening the frame, which is useful for metal components, plastic parts, and other goods that are difficult to stack individually. The round-tube posts hold the wire structure in position and help keep the cargo within the pallet perimeter during handling with standard warehouse equipment.

Rigid Wire Frame: The 60x103mm mesh forms a firm side structure that helps prevent loose components from moving beyond the pallet edges.

Visible Wire Structure: The open mesh allows staff to check the stored parts without moving the cage or opening a solid enclosure.

Secure Corner Brackets: The integrated brackets hold the wire frame against the pallet base and help prevent it from sliding during handling.

Galvanized Surface: The zinc galvanized helps protect the wire intersections and steel frame from rust during long-term use in industrial areas.

We provide customization based on the size, weight, and type of goods being stored. For this industrial metal cage pallet, the mesh opening can be changed to hold smaller components or accommodate larger parts. Internal dividers can also be added to separate different types of irregular goods within the same pallet footprint. The frame height can be adjusted based on the load volume and whether the cage is used for light plastic parts or heavier metal components. These changes allow the wire frame to match the actual cargo being handled while maintaining the strength required for repeated industrial use.

The process starts when loose industrial stock arrives at the loading area. The operator places the industrial metal cage pallet around the base pallet(Pallets currently available at the factory), and parts from the production line are loaded directly into the wire enclosure. The goods remain within the wire walls instead of spreading across the floor. Once loaded, a forklift or pallet truck moves the pallet and its contents as one unit, while the frame helps prevent parts from shifting over the edges. At the storage location, the open mesh allows staff to check the contents without unloading the cage. When the goods are needed, the half-drop gate provides access to the stored parts. The same unit can then remain in use for storage or be moved to the next handling area.
