HM Group Three Kingdoms War Launch Ceremony
At the end of August every year, Dalian Chamber of Commerce organizes a member PK competition, with the goal of achieving the highest total sales in September and October. This year, HM Group also participated in it as usual and successfully held the launch ceremony at 3 pm Beijing time on August 29. The sales directors of Departments 1 and 2 led the team in an exciting oath ceremony, showing teamwork and competitiveness. With the firm support of the logistics team such as human resources, finance, operations, administration and technology, we are confident that we can achieve sales goals and win the Dalian Chamber of Commerce PK Championship.
The Dalian Chamber of Commerce Three Kingdoms War PK Competition is a fierce battle between various business entities in the region. The participating members are engaged in different industries, including machinery and chemical industries, but they are all physical enterprises in the foreign trade industry.
The sales team is currently working hard to promote sales and exceed goals. While working hard, sales operations are not alone in the competition because they have the full cooperation and support of the HM Group logistics department. The other members of the Dalian Chamber of Commerce are also strong competitors, and we must remain vigilant. In order to stay ahead, we constantly analyze our sales activities in Foldable Mesh Container, Folding Stillage, and Folding Tire Rack, measure our progress, and improve our methods.
The rewards for PK are not only the completion of the goal, but also substantial prizes, as well as additional rewards as feedback. When 80% of the goal is completed, it is a 150 yuan empty bar coupon per person, when 100% is completed, it is a 200 yuan blank coupon per person; when 120% is completed, it is a 300 yuan empty bar coupon per person and an extra day of vacation. Then there is a situation where the target is not met. When the performance does not reach 60%, we all have to do charity activities together twice.
