Wire racking deck provides a wire mesh support surface for palletized containers on standard step-beam racks. Q235 mild steel mesh and U-channel supports work with the rack beams to support selected pallet, crate bases. The mesh also allows sprinkler water to pass between rack levels.

If its base does not span the beam-to-beam space as intended, the wire mesh adds support beneath the container. The U-channel supports sit on the step beams, so the deck load is carried by the rack structure. Production Process
Before the wire racking deck enters the final welded assembly, steel wire is drawn and cut to the required size. The mesh is welded, while sheet steel is formed into U-channel supports. Channel positioning follows the approved production drawing before the supports are joined to the mesh. Finished units then move through surface treatment, inspection, packing, and loading.
Quality Control
Size inspection for each wire racking deck starts with the approved drawing. Inspectors check deck depth, width, wire diameter, mesh spacing, and U-channel position. Weld appearance is also reviewed after assembly. When a galvanized finish is specified, coating thickness is measured on the finished parts.
