Step1: Material Cutting

HM group company always follows the rule of cutting raw material from Anshan to produce Mild steel posts. In order to get standard length steel pipe material, we first need to cut the raw material into lengths of tubing that meet the drawing dimensions.

We use cutting machine to do them and it is very important to make sure that the machine is set up correctly before starting to cut the raw materials. After the raw materials are cut into standard length steel pipe material, they are stored in the warehouse as spare materials for the welding.

Step 2: Spare Part Press

Coiled strip is inserted into the machine and formed by stamping. After forming, it is transported from the material handling equipment to the welding area.

Step 3: Welding

In order to obtain a high-strength weld, the pipe and spare part must be welded into the post by a robot welding machine. HM Group's Robot welding machines are fully welded and have the advantage of being faster and more consistent than manual welding methods. In addition, robot welding machines can be used to weld multiple parts simultaneously, which reduces the overall welding time. As a result, robot welding machines are able to produce higher-quality welds in less time, making them an ideal choice for manufacturing applications.

After the pipe and spare part are cut into standard length steel pipe material, they are welded into welded post and base by a robot welding machine. The welded post and base are polished and cleaned by HM workers.

Step 4: Surface Finish

The storage tire rack surface treatment is usually powder coating. The powder coating process is as follows:

1. Preheated

The cleaned and degreased tire rack's post and base are preheated to a temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius.

2. Powder coat

The powder is then applied to the tire rack's post and base using an electrostatic spray gun.

3. Bake

The tire post and base are then baked baking room at a temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.

The powder-coated tire post and base are then cooled and packed for shipment.
